Mind the Gap/s
This paper explores data on gendered experience of academic careers in higher education geography, with particular attention to issues of precarity, career progression, life cycle, implicit and explicit institutional sexism. It also highlights the importance of attention to intersectional differences and the career ‘gaps’ experienced by minorities.
