The Faculty is currently in the process of making a Departmental application for a Bronze Award from Athena SWAN, with the aim of submitting its application in November 2021.
The Faculty’s Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team currently consists of over thirty colleagues from across the Faculty, four Working Groups and the collaborative activity of all parts of the University. Through the Athena SWAN process we are seeking to shape a Gender Action Plan which will make a real difference to the working environment and culture of the Faculty.
