All rooms in Student Residences are booked via "Booking Events". Each Booking Event will be designated to a defined and specified student cohort. Only those students who can be identified as belonging to that cohort are eligible to make a booking during their own designated Booking Event. SEMESTER II 2025
Please note that we are fully booked for the academic year 2024-2025 until June 2025. Any vacancies that arise will be offred to those who applied during the application period. There is already a long waiting list and we do not intend to re-open that list for new names until all those who applied originally are either offered a room or de-select themselves from the Waitlist.
To those who are already on the Waitlist please note that as any vacancy arises we use all the names on the list to do a random selection and email the person selected with a room offer. Please watch your email inbox for any offers we may make. Offers will expire after 24hrs if no responce is recieved and the room will be offered to the next person randomly selected from the Waitlist.

STUDENT RESIDENCES ON CAMPUS
Maynooth Student Residences offers full time registered students of Maynooth University and St Patrick's College Maynooth a licenced rental arrangement. Please consider carefully all your options before booking a term time room in the Student Residences. The offering we make, is a FIXED TERM OCCUPANCY 7 days per week rental agreement under Licence for the full academic year, commencing in September and ending in early June annually.
It is understood that a University education is a serious financial commitment in these challenging times and it is important to note that there are alternative options available to living full time and paying some rent up front on Campus in Student Residences - theses include;
