Maynooth lectures begin in Annecy, France and continue in Lyon
Dr Fergus Ryan visited Annecy and Lyon last week to deliver part of a blended module on the Law of Persons to students at the Université Catholique de Lyon (UCLy). This is the sixth iteration of the module's delivery in Lyon but was the first time students in Annecy had a class taught by a Maynooth law lecturer.

Professor Doherty spoke at a special symposium at the University of Málaga’s Department of Labour Law and Social Security
The seminar was titled: "1st International Seminar on gender and disadvantaged groups: discrimination in employment, the use of digital algorithms and artificial intelligence" (. Prof Doherty spoke on 'Conceptual clarifications on artificial intelligence, algorithms, robotics and big data: their regulation at national and international level'. The seminar was organised by Dra Lucía Aragüez Valenzuela, with the help of Miguel Ángel Gómez Salado. Both Lucía and Miguel have been visiting researchers at Maynooth University.
