Masters in Accounting
A Masters Programme in Accounting provides students with the key competencies required by a professional accountant in an ever-changing business and ethical environment. Students will be encouraged to develop critical and analytical skills and apply their knowledge to unstructured situations.

This one-year programme is designed for students who have taken an Accounting focused Business degree and have full CAP1 exemptions. One of the principal objectives of the programme is that graduates will, on successful completion of the programme, have entitlement to CAP2 exemptions and equivalent exemptions from other professional accountancy bodies. This is a two-year full-time programme designed for honours graduates who may not have taken major accounting specialisms in their undergraduate studies. First year students are required to achieve an average of at least 60% in their first year modules to remain on the course. One of the principal objectives of the programme is that graduates will, on successful completion of the programme, have entitlement to CAP1 and CAP2 exemptions and equivalent exemptions from other professional accountancy bodies.
