What do we know about managing international professional service firms?

Thursday, November 4, 2021 - 14:30

Dr. Tatiana Andreeva explores this question in her new paper together with Ciara O’Higgins and Dr. Nekane Aramburu (University of Deusto, Spain). The study provides a systematic review of the extant empirical research on international management of professional service firms and identifies questions that are still waiting to be answered. The authors propose to use a set of characteristics of professional service firms as a lens that can help to integrate existing findings, explain differences across different types of firms and ultimately provide better understanding of the issues international professional service firms face and solutions they could use.
