In this paper we examine the relationship between systemic risk and dividend policy and show that systemically vulnerable firms pay lower dividends.

Research Seminar Series - "When give-back turns to blowback: Employee responses to learning from skills-based volunteering” by Dr. Kiera Dempsey-Brench
The study investigates employees’ responses to learning from skills-based volunteering, and finds that whilst the majority of volunteers recognised the skills that were gained, a minority became angry or defensive toward the concept of learning from volunteering.
