As part of the institute’s 25th anniversary celebrations, the Tilburg Institute of Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) invited Dr Maria Helen Murphy to be a visiting scholar for the month of February. In addition to providing an opportunity for knowledge exchange and collaboration, Dr Murphy delivered a keynote lecture where she discussed her research, including some of the work contained in her recent book Surveillance and the Law: Language, Power, and Privacy.
