Recent Faculty Publication
A recent publication, by our faculty member, Dr Marian Crowley-Henry is now in print version in the international peer-reviewed academic journal: The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Volume 29, Issue 13, July 2018, Pages 2054-2079, DOI: 10.1080/09585192.2016.1262889. The paper is entitled: “Talent management of skilled migrants: propositions and an agenda for future research” and is written by Marian and an international colleague, Professor Akram Al Ariss from Toulouse Business School, France.

Lecturer in the School of Business, Dr. Ruifang Wang, has presented a paper ‘Political Skill and Managerial Ambidexterity: The Pivotal Role of Goal Orientation” with her co-author Prof. Patrick Gibbons (University College Dublin), for the SMS (Strategic Management Society) 38th Annual Conference in Paris, from 22nd to 25th September 2018.
