Dr Clíodhna Murphy, Associate Professor in the School of Law and Criminology, co-authored a book chapter entitled “The Impact of Article 47 of the Charter in the Irish Legal System”, and an article on Workers’ Perspectives on State-Constructed Vulnerability to Labour Exploitation: Experiences of Migrant Fishers in Ireland”.
 
Dr Clíodhna Murphy, Associate Professor in the School of Law and Criminology, co-authored a chapter entitled, “The Impact of Article 47 of the Charter in the Irish Legal System”, in an edited collection published in November 2023. Article 47 of the EU Charter and Effective Judicial Protection (Volume 2) was edited by Matteo Bonelli, Mariolina Eliantonio and Giulia Gentile.

In addition, Dr Murphy alongside School colleagues Dr David Doyle and Stephanie Thompson published an article in Social & Legal Studies in 2023, entitled "Workers’ Perspectives on State-Constructed Vulnerability to Labour Exploitation: Experiences of Migrant Fishers in Ireland".
