Country's first "SMART" school

Confey College in Leixlip Co. Kildare is to be the country's first "SMART School". The school is planning to administer a relational skills training programme, provided by Maynooth University Campus Company RaiseYourIQ.com, directed by Dr. Bryan Roche. All 700 children as well as 60 teaching and other staff at Confey College will take the training over the next 12 months. The trial will also double as a large scale assessment of the new online intellectual skills training tool.

At the launch last week Principal Niall Hare invited Dr. Bryan Roche and Dr. Sarah Cassidy to introduce parents and teachers to this new educational technology and outline how it can raise the general intelligence of any child.

Local and national media coverage of the launch is currently underway.
