Congratulations to Dr. Mary Phipps who received her PhD award at the Maynooth University graduation ceremony on 8th September. Mary’s thesis title was: From housewife to domestic goddess and beyond: an exploration into the significance of women’s role as food providers in a contemporary Irish context.
