Dr Paul Donovan gave a presentation to a national Skillnets PDP conference on 17th September at Johnstown House, Enfield on the topic “ How Business Can Survive and Thrive - Managing the transfer of learning from intervention into application “. In this he explored the challenges for small businesses maintaining competitiveness and making the most of workplace learning. Paul is probably the leading authority on this material in Ireland and indeed, Europe. The attendees at the conference were Skillnets network managers of their 59 networks.
