Dr Paul Donovan, Maynooth University School of Business, recently spoke at the key IITD event - Leading the HRD Function on the important topic of learning transfer and evaluation.
This new four-day programme from the IITD is designed for existing and aspiring heads of the function dedicated to the strategic development of human resources in organisations. This programme seeks to develop an understanding of the leader's role, ability to partner with the business, and govern the HRD function effectively. Further information can be found at www.iitd.ie
