Why people share with others at work?
Interested to learn why people would trust to engage in collaborative consumption with coworkers? Dr. Tatiana Andreeva and Dr. Paola Zappa, together with Dr. Anita Bhappu, Dr. Lisa Yeo and Dr. Tea Lempiala (University of California, Merced, USA) and Prof. Kirsimarja Blomqvist (Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland) explored this question in a longitudinal study of an organisational social exchange platform, just published in Frontiers of Psychology.
