Professor Michael Doherty, Head of Maynooth University Department of Law, recently featured on RTÉ's Primetime programme.
Professor Doherty was contributing to a piece, put together by the RTÉ Investigations Unit, on EU rules relating to workers travelling temporarily to different Member States to undertake short-term assignments.
The programme focussed, in particular, on the rights of agency workers, and featured contributions from politicians, civil servants, and trade union representatives from across the EU.
