During 2021 the New Employee Orientation will be run as a blended session, with pre-work, e-learning modules and a live online event.
The University Orientation is a programme offered to all new employees who have recently joined Maynooth University, to welcome them and provide them with key information on working in the University.
It provides participants with information on payroll, benefits, strategy, organisational structure and services across the University, as well as information from the Research Development Office for Researchers & Academics. Participants will have an opportunity for questions and discussion and to network with other new employees.
Please note as a new employee you should first complete your local induction with your Manager/Head of Department. You will be invited to attend a new employee networking session within the first 6 weeks of commencing your new role.
