Professor Mary P. Corcoran was an invited speaker at the Assistant Secretary Network Annual Conference held on the Farnham Estate, Cavan on May 12th, 2017. The conference sought to consider Ireland's position in today's increasingly turbulent international environment, and whether our economic and social frameworks are tenable looking towards the future. Other speakers included Professor John McHale, NUIG, Aisling Keegan, Vice President Dell Ireland, and John Concannon, Director, Creative Ireland.
