Maynooth University’s Law Society organised the very successful 2019 Philpot Curran Novice Moot Court Competition, kindly sponsored by A&L Goodbody. This intervarsity competition involved teams from universities across Ireland, north and south. Maynooth University’s Jodie McStay and Anna Keohane were the winning team and Lauren Pryer from Queen’s University Belfast was awarded the prize for the best overall speaker.
Maynooth University runs an undergraduate mooting module and hosts a number of intervarsity moots during the academic year.
