Barbara McCormack (Special Collections & Archives) is amongst the contributors to an excellent volume entitled Death and the Irish: a miscellany edited by Salvador Ryan of St Patrick’s College Maynooth. Published in October 2016, this collection will be an indispensable resource for anyone with an interest in the social, cultural and religious history of the Irish.
