Dr Edana Richardson presented the paper “Teaching Company Law through Practice” at the Irish Association of Law Teachers (IALT) 2021 Conference
This paper discussed an innovative company law portfolio assignment that Dr Murphy and Dr Richardson have created and implemented in their company law classes, through which students follow the process of incorporating a company of their own design in Ireland.
