On the 1st and 2nd of September the RDO will host Lotte Jaspers from Yellow Research for a two-part online Webinar about applying for ERC Frontier Research Grants (Starter, Consolidator and Advanced):

  • Part 1 Thursday September 1st: 08:30 - 11:00am
  • Part 2 Friday September 2nd: 08:30 - 11:00am

The first Webinar will focus on creating the right mindset for submitting a proposal, covering the ERC objectives and evaluation criteria, what the panels expect, how to strategically approach the design of the project, and how to generate the convincing argumentation that will allow the reviewers to understand the feasibility of your ambitious project.

The second Webinar will guide participants systematically through the different parts of the proposal writing, addressing the key elements for writing the CV part, extended synopsis and B2.

Note: participants must be available to attend both Webinars. Participants will also have access to pre-recorded tutorials, handouts and background analysis sheets from the Yellow Research online platform.

Places are limited so If you are serious about exploring and applying for ERC-funded research in 2023-2024 and beyond, please send a reply to patrick.boyle(at)mu.ie as soon as possible to register your interest.
