Dr. Yağmur Hortoğlu Grant organised and moderated a panel on the intersection between arbitration and criminal law during the Dublin International Arbitration Day.
The panel was composed of leading arbitration law practitioners such as Patricia Nacimiento (Herbert Freehills Smith, Frankfurt), Ahmed Abdel-Hakam (Volterra Fietta, London) and Utku Coşar (Arbitration Chambers, Istanbul & New York) and discussed the issues of money laundering in arbitration law, sham arbitrations, and fraudulent evidence in international arbitration.
