The piece “An Outpost at a Difficult and Indistinct Frontier: Zalewski v Workplace Relations Commission” discusses the decision of the Irish Supreme Court in Zalewski v Workplace Relations Commission, which focused on the system for the resolution of employment law disputes established in the Workplace Relations Act 2015.
