Congratulations to Angela Rickard and Thomas Walsh who have been awarded a small grant from the Teaching Council’s John Coolahan Research Support Framework. Angela and Tom will be working in partnership with Maria Harney, Deputy Principal, Loreto Secondary School, Navan and Margaret Cambi-McEvoy, Deputy Principal, Árdscoil na Tríonoide, Athy, Co. Kildare to facilitate the development of team teaching skills among teachers in both post-primary schools. The research aims to produce and disseminate a toolkit of resources and materials to support team teaching in post-primary schools based on the work in both schools.
