Dr. Yağmur Hortoğlu publishes a chapter in Applicable Law Issues in International Arbitration

Dr. Yağmur Hortoğlu publishes a chapter on legal privilege volume 25 of the Centre for Studies and Research in International Law and International Relations Series of The Hague Academy of International Law on “Applicable Law Issues in International Arbitration”. The book is coedited by Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo (Sciences Po Paris) and Professor Giuditta Cordero-Moss (University of Oslo). The Centre for Studies and Research in International Law and International Relations is designed to bring together highly qualified young international lawyers from all over the world, to undertake original research on a common general theme which is determined annually by the Curatorium of the Academy. Dr. Yağmur Hortoğlu joined the Department of Law in July 2021 as an Assistant Professor in Private Law. Her current research focuses primarily on arbitration law and private international law. She retains a keen interest in the interaction between Law and Psychology.
