The schedule for next Wednesday in the Royal Irish Academy of Music is as follows;
Wednesday March 11th 1.00 - 2.00: 'Pushing the notes around: some recent works'. This lecture will focus on works written since 2000, providing an insight into questions of style, structure and general compositional methodology.
4.00 - 5.00: Aaron Copland Piano Music:
A lecture recital on selected piano works of the great American composer. The music will be considered from the point of view of both performer and composer. Programme:
