Dr Higgins Writes Blog Post on Attacks on Cultural Property as War Crimes

Dr Noelle Higgins has recently published a post on the ‘Criminal Justice in Ireland’ blog on the topic of attacks on cultural property as war crimes.
 
The Blog was established to provide a platform for the communication of ideas and viewpoints on criminal justice issues as they relate to the Irish criminal justice system and is coordinated by Dr Ger Coffey in association with the Centre for Crime, Justice and Victim Studies in the School of Law, University of Limerick.

Dr Higgins is a Senior Lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures in International Criminal LawPublic International Law, and The Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples. Noelle is also the Course Director of the Department's LLM in International Justice.
