Dr Higgins Co-Authors Article on International Human Rights Law and “Criminalisation”

Dr Noelle Higgins has co-authored an article entitled ‘International Human Rights Law and “Criminalisation”’ with Professor Michael O’Flaherty, Director of the Fundamental Rights Agency of the EU, which has recently been published in the Japanese Yearbook of International Law.
 
Dr Higgins is a Senior Lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures in International Criminal Law, Public International Law, and The Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples. Noelle is also the Course Director of the Department's LLM in International Justice.
