Dr Ferri Speaks at International Seminar in Comparative Labour Law in Modena

Dr Delia Ferri recently spoke at the International Seminar in Comparative Labour Law ‘Pontignano XXXIII’, which was organised and sponsored by the Marco Biagi Foundation and by AIDLaSS (Italian Association of Labour and Social Security Law). The seminar took place from 28 June – 1 July 2016 in Modena, Italy.
 
The seminar focused on ‘Work and Disability’ in a comparative perspective and Dr Ferri’s presentation addressed how the rights of persons with disabilities in the employment context are protected and promoted in European Union law.
 
Participants in the seminar included professors and young scholars from Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, and Hungary.
 
Dr Delia Ferri is a lecturer in law at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures EU Law and International and European Disability law.
