Dr Eva Barrett presents paper at the 1st Annual Event of the UK Energy Law and Policy Association in the University of Oxford.

Dr Eva Barrett presents her paper at an international conference on Energy Law and Policy, which took place at the University of Oxford on 10 and 11 September 2015.
Keynote speakers included: Sir Philip Lowe, Non-Executive Director of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Board; Former Director-General, DG Energy, European Commission (2010-13); Brendan Devlin, European Commission; Dr. Ernst Tremmel, Legal Advisor to the Electricity Department, ACER; Martin Crouch, Electricity Transmission, OFGEM and Michael Dworkin, Professor of Law and Director, Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School, US.

Eva presented her paper 'Unbundling: An analysis of where we’re at and where we’re trying to get to’ on the second day of the conference on the topic ‘an Energy Union or a Fourth Energy Package?'
 
Eva lectures Law of Torts II, Moot Court and Introduction to Irish Law and the Irish Legal System at Maynooth University Department of Law; she also lectures Energy Law and Policy in the EU at Trinity College Dublin.
