Dr Clíodhna Murphy Speaks about Company Law & the Internet at African and Ethnic Minority Business Seminar

On Saturday 6 June 2015, Dr Clíodhna Murphy presented at a seminar organised by Latifat Olagoke – a freelance business consultant who is also a student on the Master of Legal Science - Professional programme at Maynooth University Department of Law.
 
The seminar was aimed at African and ethnic minority business people and addressed the implications of the coming into force of the Companies Act 2014, as well as other business-related information. Other speakers included Michael Johnson, CEO of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Enterprise Board, and Tara Coogan of the Department of Enterprise, Jobs and Innovation.
 
Clíodhna presented on “DIY Company Law? Researching aspects of Company Law on the Internet”.
 
The seminar was held at Áras Chrónáin Irish Cultural Centre in Clondalkin.
 
Clíodhna lectures in Company Law on the LLB programme at Maynooth University Department of Law.
