Dr Andreeva Speaks at ESCP Europe Business School

Thursday, June 15, 2017 - 16:00

Dr Tatiana Andreeva was recently invited to present her work at a research seminar in ESCP Europe Business School, Paris campus.

At the seminar, which took place on 13 June 2017, Tatiana shared insights from her recent research, including her article ‘When the fit between HR practices backfires: Exploring the interaction effects between rewards for and appraisal of knowledge behaviours on innovation’. This article was published in the Human Resource Management Journal (UK) earlier this year.

The seminar was attended by both faculty members and PhD students. Tatiana’s paper provoked lively discussion on what HR practices organisations could use to enhance their innovation outcomes.

Tatiana is a Lecturer in Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business. Her current research focuses on the intersections of knowledge management, organisational behaviour and human resource management, with a specific attention to micro-foundations of organisational processes and peculiarities of the contexts in which these processes evolve.
