Dr Tatiana Andreeva, together with her co-authors Dr Guillermo Davila, Dr Gregorio Varvakis (both from Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil) and Dr Alf Steinar Saetre (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) received the Highly Recommended Paper Award at the 14th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics (IFKAD). Their paper is entitled “Exploring the antecedents of knowledge absorptive capacity: (How) are social integration mechanisms useful in Brazilian firms?”
IFKAD is a leading conference in the field of managing knowledge and intellectual capital; this year it took place in Matera, Italy.
