Dr Andreeva Presents Paper at European Academy of Management Conference

Dr Tatiana Andreeva recently presented a paper at the 17th European Academy of Management Conference (EURAM). The conference took place from 20 – 24 June 2017 in Glasgow City Chambers.

Tatiana presented a paper entitled “What HRM can do to enhance organizational knowledge-based performance? Towards the concept of knowledge-focused HRM” which focused on her ongoing research on how knowledge sharing and knowledge creation behaviours can be enhanced by targeted human resource management practices.
 
Tatiana is a Lecturer in Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business. Her current research focuses on the intersections of knowledge management, organisational behaviour and human resource management, with a specific attention to micro-foundations of organisational processes and peculiarities of the contexts in which these processes evolve.
