We are responsible for the Registration of the entire Student Population and the subsequent maintenance and up-date of the Student Records Database system. We are located in the Central Registration Area on the ground floor of Humanity House.

STUDENT WEB - Log in here to complete On-line Registration, Amend Subjects / Modules, Update Contact Details and Pay your Fees.
For students who are unable to make their module changes online please complete the ONLINE Semester 2 Module Change Form.
ERASMUS & VISITING INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - SUBJECT & MODULE AMENDMENTS: It is not possible for Erasmus or Visiting International Student to make online registration ammendments. To add a module to your registraiton please complete the Erasmus / Visiting Inernational Students Change of Module Form. Please note you should use your Maynooth University account log in details when completing this form.
REPEATING STUDENTS - All repeating student must make an appointment, through our REPEAT REGISTRATION BOOKING PAGE to to have their repeat registration processed.
WITHDRAWAL / DEFERRAL - All students wishing to defer a year of study or withdraw from their course MUST complete and submit the appropriate Online Form
TRANSCRIPT / LETTER REQUESTS - All transcript and letter requests via our webform.
SOCIAL WELFARE FORMS - If you require a form to be stamped, please email the form (all pages) to records.applications@mu.ie. We will stamp and sign the form and email same back to you.
