Welcome to the Office of Student Records and Registration. We are responsible for the Registration of the entire Student Population and the subsequent maintenance and up-date of the Student Records Database system. We are located in the Central Registration Area on the ground floor of Humanity House.

Please note that due to a MAJOR system upgrade, our system will be OFFLINE from lunchtime Friday 11th March 2022 to Tuesday 22nd March 2022. During this time we will be UNABLE to make any changes to a student's registration, print transcripts, provide education verifications, class rankings or provide letters of confirmation. Also we will be unable to issue student cards. All email requests received between these dates will be processed from Tuesday 22nd March 2022. There is no need to send multiple requests. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you.

For students who are unable to make their module change online please complete the below Change of Module Form and submit by email to email@example.com.
ERASMUS & VISITING INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - SUBJECT & MODULE AMENDMENTS: It is not possible for Erasmus or Visiting International Student to make online registration ammendments. To add a module to your registraiton please complete the Erasmus / Visiting Inernational Students Change of Module Form. Please note you should use your Maynooth University account log in details when completing this form.
WITHDRAWAL / DEFERRAL - All students wishing to defer a year of study or withdraw from their course MUST complete and RETURN the appropriate forms
TRANSCRIPT / LETTER REQUESTS - All transcript and letter requests via our webform.
