About

Frank is an occasional lecturer in Leadership, Group Dynamics and Facilitation. He has over twenty five years experience working with community based organisations engaged in development and learning in Ireland. He has worked for extended periods in Pakistan and Sierra Leone and for shorter terms in Tanzania and Zambia. His areas of expertise lie in leadership and facilitation. He is a staff member of Partners (Training for Transformation), an Irish-based Community Education/Development organisation. His interest lies in the designing of participatory learning events, story, and the promotion of intercultural learning.
