Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne

On Wednesday 30 April, the School of Law and Criminology's Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne appeared on Nuacht TG4 and Nuacht RTÉ. Bríd discussed the ongoing Advisory Opinion proceedings at the International Court of Justice, which concerns the obligations of Israel in relation to the presence and activities of UNRWA and other actors in Palestine, including the obligation to ensure and facilitate the provision of humanitarian aid.
