Recent work from Dr Elisa Fadda (PI) and Matthew G Nixon (PhD candidate) features on the cover of the latest issue of the Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics (PCCP) journal.
Dr Fadda’s research focuses on understanding the mechanisms and energetics of biomolecular interactions through high-performance computing (HPC) molecular simulation techniques. Of particular interest to the group is how different degrees of structural flexibility in biomolecules, such as protein and complex carbohydrates, modulate their binding affinities and specificities.
