Dr Marian Crowley-Henry and Dr Ciaran McFadden’s (Edinburgh Napier University) paper entitled “‘My People’: the potential of LGBT employee networks in reducing stigmatization and providing voice” is now available in print in the The International Journal of Human Resource Management This paper explores the extent to which employee networks can support LGBT employees, by reducing stigma and enabling voice.
