Outreach Committee
Here at the Department of Biology, we strive to stimulate broad engagement with science among students of all ages, and the wider community. At the heart of the Department of Biology’s aim to enhance knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the biological sciences, lies our Outreach Committee. We organize and participate in a variety of outreach events, workshops, and programmes that bring the excitement of the Biological Sciences to schools and community groups, including the Maynooth University Science Night hosted on campus every year during Science Foundation Ireland Science Week.
