In a Halloween-themed research event that's sure to stimulate intellectual awareness and raise some goosebumps, Maynooth University Anthropologist Dr Jamie Saris will investigate the cultural significance of the zombie phenomenon in An Anthropology of the Undead. Maynooth Media Studies Professor Maria Pramaggiore follows with an examination of zombie visions in popular culture in The 21st Century's Zombie Apocalypse in Film and Television.
