Maynooth University welcomes once-off covid-19 contingency fund for access and support services
The Higher Education Authority allocated €1.9m among Higher Education Institutions for the purpose of enabling access services to deliver local COVID responses that support vulnerable students. The funding will be used at Maynooth University to support to support the National Plan for Equity of Access 2015-2021 objectives of attracting and retaining students from National Access Plan target groups during the COVID-19 period.

Turn to Teaching: Funded for Another Three Years!
We are delighted to tell you that we received confirmation from the Higher Education Authority and the Department of Education and Skills that the Turn to Teaching project has been funded for another three years. Turn to Teaching is a central element of Strand 1 of the Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH), which supports access to initial teacher education by National Access Plan target groups.
