Congratulations to the 2015 alumni scholarship winners who were awarded a €5000 scholarship towards their fees for a Taught Masters qualification at Maynooth. 2015 graduates Eliza Brennan, Patrick Heslin, Anne Mahon and Conor McManus were formally awarded their scholarships at Prizes Night in the University on 6 November.
Eliza was awarded the John Sweeney Postgraduate Alumni Scholarship in Climate Change, sponsored by Bank of Ireland. This scholarship pays tribute to the contribution Prof John Sweeney has made to climate change. Patrick's scholarship will see him study for a Master of Science in Mathematics for Education, Anne will undertake a Master of Arts in Postcolonial and World Literature and Conor's scholarship will see him undertake a Professional Master of Education.
