MU Students Attend Johnson & Johnson STEMFest 2023
On November 14th, the Maynooth University Women in STEM Society had a fabulous time at the Johnson & Johnson WiSTEM2D STEMFest 2023 event in Thomond Park, Limerick. Janela Trexy Aquino (BSC Robotics), Meda Griniute (BEng, Engineering), Hannah Bagtasos (BSc Computer Science), Jessica Connolly Cunningham (BSc Science, Chemistry and Biology), and Prof Denise Rooney, Associate Dean for the Faculty of Science and Engineering, were thrilled to be part of this incredible experience.

New Scholarship at MU - W.A. Barrett Scholarship in Engineering!
We are thrilled to announce that a new scholarship has been established at Maynooth University – the W.A. Barrett Scholarship in Engineering. This scholarship has been developed through the generosity of Earthridge International and the Barrett Family to commemorate the late William Anthony (Tony) Barrett. The first two W.A. Barrett Scholars were awarded as part of the Entrance Scholars Ceremony at Maynooth Unviersity in October 2023.
