The Studentpad Website is user friendly and you should be easily able to nagivate through the site, on the homepage you will see how to log in to the database. Currently registered students can do this in two ways:
- You click on Student Login to use your MU Student Number and password to sign in using your MU Credentials
- You select 'Search' on the menu bar, you will be able to choose the option login in with 'Single Sign On' and you will then be able to sign in automatically with your MU Credentials.

Students not currently registered, but who have secured an offer of an academic place with Maynooth, should contact the Homefinder Team at homefinder.service@mu.ie and include confirmation of your academic place at Maynooth in the email. You will then be provided with a guest password to access the database.

Incoming Erasmus Students - Semester 2 Only (Spring 2022)
Advertisements for off-campus private accommodation for Incoming Erasmus Students - Semester 2 only (Spring 2022) will commence in early December 2021.
Erasmus Students for Semester 2 Only (Spring 2022) received an email communication in early December 2021 providing you with information and instructions on how to access www.MaynoothStudentpad.ie which is the online listing service.
This email will contain all of the information you require to source accommodation in the areas local to the university for the duration of your studies.

Advertisements for off-campus accommodation for currently registered, continuing students for the new academic year 2021-22 will commence in April 2021.
The HomeFinder Service offers a website, www.MaynoothStudentPad.ie to assist students in their accommodation search. The website is only open to registered Maynooth University and St. Patrick's College Maynooth Students so it is important that you create an account on Studentpad using your MU or SPCM email address.
Currently registered students can access the listings in one of two ways. Please access www.maynoothstudentpad.ie and:

Transfer Students or Students who Deferred their academic offer - Academic Year 2021-22
The HomeFinder Service offers students an information service to find suitable accommodation in the local area. We do this mainly through our listing service Maynooth StudentPad. This is an online real time website where local landlords advertise accommodation and where you can view listings of accommodation in the local area which are being offered to Students.
Transfer Students who will be attending Maynooth University or St. Patrick's College for the academic year 2021-22 should create an account on www.maynoothstudentpad.ie by accessing the website and selecting the 'Register NOW' option. Once the account has created you must send a scanned copy of your Transfer Offer letter you received from the Admissions Office to homefinder.service@mu.ie. Only then will your account be activated. Adverts for Transfer Students will be available to view from August 2021 to September 2021.
Similarly, Students who Deferred their academic offer can request access to the listings by following the above process and sending us confirmation from either the Student Records and Registration Office, the Admissions Office or the academic department that your place was deferred and is now being taken up. Incoming Postgraduate Students (non-International)
Advertisements for off campus accommodation for incoming postgraduate students (non international) will commence in July 2021.
Once you have been offered an academic place on a postgraduate programme and have accepted this offer please foward confirmation of your acceptance of your academic place to homefinder.service@mu.ie - this can be a letter from Maynooth University scanned or a screen shot of your PAC account acceptance.
On receipt, the Homefinder Team will contact you providing you with a guest password to access the accommodation listings.

Incoming First Year CAO Students - Academic Year 2021-22 (Round A, 0, 1, 2, 3,4)
- Round 1 Offers - accommodation adverts available to view in September 2021 - automatic communication via email to email address used in CAO application - you must ensure you have access to this mailbox
The HomeFinder Service offers first year students an information service to find suitable accommodation in the local area. We do this mainly through our listing service Maynooth Studentpad. This is an online live website where local landlords advertise accommodation and where you can view listings of accommodation in the local area which are being offered to First Year Students.
On the date the CAO round 1 offers are issued,between 3pm-5pm, an email communication will be issued from the Homefinder Service to all students who received an academic offer for Maynooth with access details to www.maynoothstudentpad.ie. This was an automatic process it is important to note that we sent this email to the email address used in the CAO application so, please ensure you have access to this mailbox and that you also check the junk/spam folders as stronger firewalls may filter the email to these folders.
- Round A Offers - July 2021 - please send confirmation of your offer (letter or screenshot) to homefinder.service@mu.ie. You will then receive information relating to your accommodation options.
- Round 0 Offers - August 2021 - please send confirmation of your offer (letter or screenshot) to homefinder.service@mu.ie. You will then receive information relating to your accommodation options.
- Round 1 Offers - September 2021 students will receive an email outlining the process between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on the same day as the CAO offer.
- Round 2 Offers - September 2021
- Round 3 Offers -October 2021 - please send confirmation of your offer (letter or screenshot) to homefinder.service@mu.ie. You will then receive information relating to your accommodation options.
- Round 4 Offers - October 2021- please send confirmation of your offer (letter or screenshot) to homefinder.service@mu.ie. You will then receive information relating to your accommodation options.
Maynooth Studentpad is accessible by students of Maynooth University and St. Patrick's College Maynooth only.

Incoming Erasmus Students (both Maynooth University and St Patrick's College Maynooth) and International Postgraduate Students will be sent an email outlining off-campus Accommodation Options in July 2021. This is an important email and the contents should be carefully read and noted. Details on how to access the online accommodation listings will be included in this email.
Advertisements from Landlords in the local area with rooms to rent to International and Erasmus Students will be available to view on www.MaynoothStudentpad.ie from July 2021 to August 2021.
You will be provided with details and instructions on how to create an account on www.MaynoothStudentpad.ie in the email sent in July 2021. Once you follow the instructions your account will be activated.
