A training session for staff members on the University’s obligations under the Official Languages Act and the University’s Language Scheme was held recently and was very well attended. Prof. Seán Ó Riain, Chairperson of the Irish Language Committee, welcomed attendees. Colm Ó Coisdealbha, Director at the Office of the Irish Language Commissioner, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the topics.
