Professor Doherty appeared on Morning Ireland on November 25th to discuss comments by the former chairman of the Labour Court about the recent threatened Garda action (https://www.rte.ie/radio1/morning-ireland/programmes/2016/1125/834312-morning-ireland-friday-25-november-2016/?clipid=2340037#2340037). Professor Doherty had spoken at the Resolve Ireland Conference at which the comments were made, and was able to provide context for them.

Professor Doherty is Head of Maynooth University Department of Law and lectures courses to all first year law students on Introduction to Law and Employment Law to BCL/ LLB students.
