Visitors to Maynooth University Library under the ALCID (Academic Libraries Co-operating in Ireland) scheme should fill out this form in advance of visiting MU Library. An email will be sent when your library card is ready for collection. You must have your student and ALCID cards from your home institution with you to collect your library card.
