Dr. David Mangan has published “Delivering on the Binary Divide” in the European Labour Law Journal. The article considers the decisions of the French, British, and Canadian courts regarding Uber’s business model as it relates to employment.
David is a member of the European Labour Law Journal’s editorial board and this piece is part of the Journal’s European Developments section, of which he is an editor with Professor Miriam Kullmann and Professor Elena Gramano. David researches employment/labour law as well as private law obligations (such as privacy and defamation), with a focus on the impact of information technology in these areas.
